Delete your account

You can initiate permanent deletion inside PolyPort.Chat. Sign in, open Profile, and find Delete account under Data & privacy.

• Your profile, contacts, vocabulary, notification registrations, VoiceKey, and saved audio are removed.
• Private conversations belonging only to you are removed.
• Messages in a shared conversation may remain for the other participant, but your account identity and audio are removed.
• Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
