These terms govern your use of PolyPort.Chat. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
PolyPort.Chat provides speech transcription, translation, messaging, language-learning, currency-conversion, and voice-isolation tools. Automated output can contain errors. Do not rely on it as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or emergency decisions.
2. Your account
Keep access to your account secure and provide accurate information. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account from Profile → Data & privacy.
3. Your content and other people
You retain responsibility for audio, messages, images, and other content you provide. Only record or share another person's voice or personal information when you have the right and any permission required by local law.
4. Acceptable use
Harassment, threats, hate speech, sexual content involving anyone without consent, spam and other objectionable content are not tolerated. You can report or block anyone from within the app. We aim to review reports within 24 hours and may remove content and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.
5. Third-party services
PolyPort.Chat relies on service providers for hosting, speech processing, translation, notifications, email, exchange rates, and analytics. Their availability can affect the service.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may restrict access needed to protect people or the service.
7. App Store terms
If you obtain PolyPort.Chat through Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these terms conflict with mandatory App Store terms, those mandatory terms control.
8. Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a serious or repeated violation of these terms, misuse, or a security risk.
